Andy Shaw has written
a book which I bought last week and received yesterday
(Tuesday 25th June 2008). I have read it cover to cover
and it is brilliant! I intend to follow Andy Shaw's formula and
have this morning arranged viewing's on four properties
to view this Saturday. My intention is to buy at least
two, and I will not be using my own money to do this.

Earn
a year's interest in a day -
a loophole to boost your Christmas budget
It's
possible to push supermarkets into donning a big white beard,
jolly red hat, and crying out 'ho, ho, ho' simply by
exploiting a loophole in their 'savings stamp schemes' to earn a year's interest in a day to boost
your Christmas shopping budget. Savings
stamps schemes are run by many supermarkets.
Savings stamps come in the form of booklets,
cards or electronic cards and usually allow you
to save up to £50, £100 or £150
worth.
Yet the lovely supermarkets are generous enough to add some interest or a bonus
on top of what you save, just before Christmas.
The
loophole: Supermarkets
tend to pay the interest or bonus on a specific day, normally
in October or November, and the amount only depends on how
much is in there, not how long it's been there .So, there's nothing stopping you purchasing all
the stamps required in one go, the day before the bonus
is paid, getting the bonus, then immediately using them
to do your shopping there.

My latest property deals (Update). . .
Having learned the secrets of successful property purchasing from Andy Shaw's book, Money for nothing and your property for free, I have achieved my goal of becoming a property millionaire as I had hoped, by Christmas 2008. I am writing this update on November 13th, a month before the deadline I had set myself, see left.
I had already owned two buy to lets before purchasing the book, but since then I have bought three more props, but this time using the formula Andy Shaw sets out in the property book. This has enabled me to use the equity from one property to put towards the next, making the whole process much faster.
With the current rate cuts, I have worked out that I will make at least £1,000 in rental profit per month, now all the properties are rented out. This is on top of the equity profit from the properties themselves. You may think this is not possible in this credit crunch, when it is said house prices are going down, BUT BELIEVE ME THIS IS THE BEST TIME EVER TO BUY PROPERTY. Forget the recession and decline in housing prices. Each property purchase is it's own housing transaction. You make your profit on purchase, NOT on sale!!!
I don't want to give any of the secrets away form Andy shaw's book, but one thing he advocates is something I have done myself, so there is no problem in telling you. The best form of obtaining money in the short term is by using 0% credit card transfers. Use all the cards you have to finance a deposit on a buy to let property, then get these paid off using his fantastic formula in just over six months. By doing this you are getting the deposit by using other people's money and at 0%! So the deposit will only cost you a few pounds in minimum credit card payments over this period. Believe me, this is a great book and will change your life. It has mine!
